I like the fact that IFB has very short lines of communication. The worldwide exchange with colleagues is at eye level. Decisions and projects are considered carefully and implemented quickly. You can bring in new ideas, which are definitely supported. There is constant development and never standstill.

What I like the most in my work are new challenges, interesting projects, and the opportunity for continuous learning and development. Also the fact that every day I have direct contact with all employees - also from other departments and branches. 

What I value most in my work are the people I work with. The privilege of having such smiling, friendly and at the same time competent people in the company makes every day a pleasure in its purest form. In addition, establishing contacts with clients and nurturing them gives me a lot of positive energy every day.

The great thing about working at IFB is that a typical day is never typical. there is always something challenging happening, and every day is filled with new learning opportunities.

Working at IFB has been eventful as each day is a new experience. The company offers diverse professional experiences and opportunities for my learning & development. What I also value most in my job is being able to establish positive interpersonal relationships with the people I work with. As well as the nurturing and amicable environment that my colleagues have created, which allows my working experience at IFB to be a much more pleasant one.
