You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with various teams to achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends

  • Generate leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold- calling, networking, and attending industry events

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals and pitches to clients

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in logistics/ freight forwarding business

  • Strong industry knowledge, market trend and logistics requirements

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures
