Customer relationship: ensure the daily monitoring of customer files, respond to information requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Commercial support: prepare and send transport, import/export, air/maritime offers, follow up with prospects and accompany the salespeople in their steps.
Internal coordination: work closely with the operational teams (import/export, customs, air/maritime, etc.). Implementation of the files.
What You Bring
First successful experience in customer service.
Knowledge of incoterms, and international transport.
Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service and taste for customer satisfaction.
Fluency in written and oral communication, in French and English.
Organization, rigor and responsiveness in managing priorities.
Mastery of office tools (Excel, Outlook).
