Description
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and install PCs, laptops, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smartphones) in accordance with department standards
Install and configure computer hardware and software systems
Attend promptly and closure of support ticket or problem solving in timely manner. Escalation to higher level for key issues
Regular and preventive maintenances for IT equipment and hardware setting up in the company
Operation support for LAN, WAN, internet services of the company
Carry out administration, monitoring, maintenance and operation support for servers and network facilities in data centre
Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience/Fresh Graduates with programming experience are also welcomed to apply
Candidate should have demonstrated relevant and accumulated experiences in IT hardware, network and data center infrastructure work areas
Knowledge in server OS either Windows, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and etc.
Experiences of operations, maintenances, supports, troubleshooting or problem resolving on server, network equipment or data center infrastructure are added advantages too
Proactive, open minded and possess positive end users-oriented attitude to continue support business operations from technical aspect
