ETD (Estimated Time of Departure)

ETD stands for the estimated departure time of a mode of transport, such as a ship or an aircraft. As this is an estimate, the ETD can change depending on the loading time or weather conditions. It informs the parties involved when the transport of goods is expected to begin. The ETD is often used in conjunction with the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
