EXW - Exworks

The importer pays all transport costs incurred. Only his own loading costs are paid by the exporter, beyond that the exporter does not pay any transport costs. The transport risk is transferred to the importer as soon as he picks up the goods at the agreed place, usually at the exporter's warehouse. Neither party is obliged to take out insurance.
