Trade union Ver.di has called a 48-hour warning strike at all major container terminals in Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven. The strike begins with the night shift on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 and runs through to the end of the late shift on Friday, 4 September 2026.
