IFB Awarded Best Company to Work in Myanmar

JobNet, one of the 3 largest recruitment agencies in the country, once again honoured the "Best Companies to Work in Myanmar". Leading companies have the opportunity to be recognised for their employee engagement and employee satisfaction. The award is based on the results of an online employee survey.

Companies that achieve a minimum score of 75% are awarded the title of "Best Company to Work in Myanmar" - this year IFB Myanmar can count itself among the successful winners!

The survey consists of 70 questions in 7 different categories. These include company purpose and strategic direction, management and leadership, job satisfaction, communication and teamwork, personal growth and development opportunities, recognition, rewards, benefits and working environment.

The data is collected and processed anonymously and the results of the study are made available to the nominated companies. This gives them a detailed insight into the corporate culture.

It is a special honour for us to receive this award. We are very proud that our colleagues in Myanmar are so satisfied with their work and IFB. We work together every day to provide the best service to our customers and create a pleasant working environment for our employees.

IFB Myanmar was founded in 2014 and has been serving the emerging logistics centre of Myanmar ever since. It is the first participation in the programme that is directly crowned with success, which is solely due to the IFB employees on site!
