The Start of a Forward-Looking Collaboration

On 21 November 2023, the Bentham Group and IFB signed a cooperation agreement to support IFB Vietnam's activities in providing transport and forwarding services to a new industrial park.

The partnership between Bentham International Group and IFB officially started with the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement in Ba Ria - Vung Tau on 21 November 2023. It lays the foundation for the provision of warehousing, storage and other transport-related support services in My Xuan A2 Industrial Park and surrounding areas. Through this joint venture, IFB Vietnam will have more opportunities to be a transporter and freight forwarder for this industrial park.

The vision behind the merger is one of a bright and successful future. Together we will explore and develop new opportunities. At the same time, sustainable development will be achieved on both sides.

The signing ceremony was attended by numerous representatives from Bentham International Group and IFB Vietnam. The ceremony was opened by Mr Philip Binh, Board of Elders of Bentham International Group, who gave a welcome speech. This was followed by speeches on the cooperation between the two groups in various fields. The event concluded with the official signing of the cooperation agreement between Ms Nguyen Thi Lan, Vice President of Bentham International Group, and Ms Phan Bich Thuy, Director General of IFB Vietnam.

Vietnam is an emerging market in Southeast Asia and has developed into a promising logistics location in recent years. Bentham Group is the founding investor of My Xuan A2 Industrial Park and specialises in providing infrastructure for industrial parks, international trade zones and international ports to serve investors in many countries.

IFB Vietnam was founded in 1994 and has since established itself in the region. There are now offices in the north, centre and south of Vietnam. Specialised local services include project handling, inland transport, packing and warehousing.
