As the Business Support you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company.

You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities

  • Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations

  • Work in a small, harmonized team and cover all aspects of the sales and operation process

  • Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments

要求

  • Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Professional Certification/Diploma, preferably major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management and/or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/ freight forwarding business

  • Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures

  • Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively

  • Proficient in MS. Office and computer knowledge
